Support Reference / New Content Updates - HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT

We recently made enhancements to our content package for all systems.

* Added 100 pieces of new static content for any size screen -- this increases our total content to close to 3500
* ANIMATED all content -- all content is now animated in 20s FLV videos. By design the main effects drop after 5 seconds, so customers can change the timeline for each piece of content. This package includes over 400 new videos

As always, please contact support if you need assistance

We will update your systems at no additional charge -- we just need to hear from you as we will not update your screen without your guidance/consent

Support Reference / Connecting or Verifying an Internet Connection

These instructions are included in your installation guide.

To connect to the internet, please proceed with the following:

1) Connect a keyboard and mouse to the media player

2) Click windows key and the letter i
*** this will bring up icons on the left where one will say "network" or "wifi"

3) Click this icon and select the network you want to connect to -- check "connect automatically"
*** make sure that this network doesn't have a challenge screen or button to click to access

4) Windows Key and letter i
*** power, restart

5) Windows Key and letter r -- type: iexplore
*** this confirms that you are connected to the internet

Email to receive confirmation that the system is connected correctly and we can see you through our TWO monitoring networks

If you need to hard-code the IP Address for network routing
(please do not filter using our ips)

1) Access Control Panel
*** windows key and the letter i -- control panel link on the right
*** windows key and the letter r -- type: control panel

2) Network and Internet (category view)

3) Network and Sharing Center

4) Change Adapter Settings

5) Right click on the access that you are using (wireless or wired) and continue to properties

We recently added some behind the scenes programming that will allow us more functionality and CUSTOMIZATION options for the Sales Leaderboard and Appointments.

1) We can select the first initial of first name and full last name or full first name and initial in last name --- B Sampson or Bob S
2) We can limit the number of characters per row -- long vehicle name descriptions will now be kept on one line
3) This has been a privacy concern for some customers, so we can no accommodate

This weekend we completely updated every single template and profile in the system

* Increased the brand colors for better recognition
* Increased TV Integration Size
* Increased Size of Showroom module
* Brand new ticker with branding bar
* New ticker has titles for the feeds, so customers consistently see change on the screen
* Ticker logo has moved to the right, to mimic tickers found on common television networks
* Ticker distance shortened to increase readability and new content updates

This is the biggest change to the look of our system in 3 years. We feel the enhancement will create more brand awareness and bring more attention to the systems -- increasing ROI for our customers by highlighting their specials better and keeping the system "fresh"

All new customers will get the system automatically.
If you are an existing customer and would like the update, just let us know.
If you like the current system -- you are welcome to keep it. It's your screen!

We have enhanced our integration options for Service Appointment Boards.

1) CDK (ADP), R&R, DealerTrac, Automate

2) We colorized our rows to highlight -- Scheduled, Arrived, Completed -- to make it easier to see from a distance

3) We now update every 15 minutes

4) Manual appointment boards are now available for sales and service

5) We can also integrate with Google Sheets, providing full access and making it easy for dealer staff to update specific information such as Goals and CSI

Consumer grade screens are known to have burn-in
Commercial grade screens less so

Burn-in are the lines and images that create "ghosts" in the screen

We have created screen wiping images that will help extend the life of your screens by playing specific files and videos for 4-6 hours a night. You will need to keep the screens on while the videos virtually 'wipe' the ghosts away.

While all new systems will have this built in, current customers will need to request this by emailing or your account representative.

Support Reference / Animated Ticker Logos

We recently went through all the dealership logos and ANIMATED them.
Now, customers have access to rotating logos in their ticker with a white or black background.

Motion creates emotion. So adding this to your standard marketing and messaging along the ticker will add eyeballs to your screen!

We can't show examples here, but trust that they are in every new account and available for customers at any time.

Keep those eyeballs on the screen -- see ROI increase.
